The Supreme Court has rejected Tipperary farmer Patrick Quirke’s application for a retrial following his conviction for the murder of Bobby ‘Mr Moonlight’ Ryan.
Quirke was handed a life-sentence after being convicted of the murder four years ago.Today, however, the Supreme Court judges unanimously dismissed his application for a retrial.
