But when a white person uses it to describe the exact same behaviour and conduct of a black person then it is suddenly taboo and carries a jail time penalty! WTF? HavingYourCakeAndEatingItToo Now I am confused...How did he justify this? Derogatory Wait, what? If it's used by anyone, white or black, it refers to behavior and conduct. It's not a nice term, but either everyone gets to say it or nobody gets to say it. Reminds me of an old Chris Rock skit that...probably isn't PC enough anymore.
