The National Judicial Council (NJC) has fixed February 13 for its possible decision on the petitioners against the suspended Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN)

Two of them should be suspended

Since the Senate is handicapped to pursue the supreme court case due to opposition, its up to the NJC now to do the needful. NoToJudiciaryCoup

NJC should defend the judicial system against the executive arrogance. If they fail to fight for themselves, they are done for. Onnoghen should be restored first. Then due process followed to decide his case.
