President Ramaphosa's claims Russia would declare war on South Africa if it arrested Vladimir Putin have failed to persuade the International Criminal Court, which has confirmed South Africa is obligated to arrest the Russian president. | karynmaughan

This was revealed in the Gauteng High Court in Pretoria court order Ramaphosa, and his government agreed to on Friday morning in the Putin arrest litigation launched against the state by the DA.
