Court orders developer Paddy Byrne to relinquish control of Dublin apartment block

Paddy Byrne, the founder of Victoria Homes, has been ordered to relinquish control of an unfinished Dublin apartment block that was the site of “pitched battles” between security guards acting for Byrne, and other agents acting for receivers sent in by his lenders.
