Former press secretary Atty. Trixie Cruz Angeles on Thursday denied writing the pleading that used intemperate language causing her suspension for six months from the practice of law. | T2TupasINQ

“We will utilize and exhaust all the processes to achieve justice in this case,” she said.

She thanked the people who expressed and sent her messages of support. At the same time, she called on her supporters to refrain from bad-mouthing the Supreme Court. “Lahat ng nagpadala ng magagandang mensahe, lahat ng nagsasabing they stand with me, maraming, maraming salamat po because this really and truly touched me and will help me through during these times. Gayunpaman, may hiling ako, let us not disrespect the court. Wag po tayong gumamit ng masasamang salita sa ating mga mahistrado ng Korte Suprema. Itutuluy namin yung mga remedies namin but we ask that we respect the Rule of Law and we respect the processes of the court,” she said.

[We are grateful for all those who support us, for everyone who sent beautiful messages, and for all who said they stand with me. Thank you very, very much because this truly touched me and will help me through these times. However, I have a request: let us not disrespect the court. Let us refrain from using hurtful words toward the justices of the Supreme Court. We will pursue our legal remedies, but we also ask that we respect the rule of law and the processes.
