Trump has already been indicted twice this year: once by the Manhattan District Attorney's Office formade prior to the 2016 election; and for allegedly mishandling classified documents and never properly returning them all to the federal government once out of office. Trump has maintained his innocence regarding January 6 and all other legal matters.
