An Enugu division of the Appeal Court, on Tuesday, dismissed an appeal filed by the 2023 state governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Chief Uche Nnaji against the election of Governor Peter Mbah of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). Nnaji who came 4th in the election, is challenging the victory of Mbah in the March 18 governorship poll, as well as asking the tribunal to disqualify Hon Chijioke Edeoga of the Labour Party and Frank Nweke Jr. of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA who came second and third respectively.
