Five mayors will take legal action against ticket office closures if the plan is not suspended.

Many rail users who rely on help at ticket offices fear the changes will make it harder for them to travel

The plan would see up to 1,000 ticket booths close, including 16 in West Yorkshire and six in South Yorkshire.
