It’s amazing that a stone cold killer gets faint hope of release that his victims are forever denied. Yes I’ll say it, the death penalty is useful especially for mass murderers like this one.

I appreciate Canada has no death penalty, but the fact that serial and mass killers don't get full lifetime imprisonment with no parole is disturbing.
