Some cultures and religions are not compatible in Western society. When you move to another country you must adhere to their culture, and one is not to murder others. But to say those who do not believe in your religion are infidels and must die should not be considered religion
If they're claiming a safety issue, then the only logical thing to do is to get rid of the Christian chaplain in the chamber too. No state should be employing any religious figure.
