Thabani Mpungose, concept 'owner' of Moja Love’s series about criminal justice A Se Nna, is demanding R30 million from the channel for its alleged theft of intellectual property, following a stalemate during boardroom negotiations, which began in April.

This week, Mpungose told City Press that, after a meeting was convened with the representatives of the channel, an offer was supposed to be tabled to him for payment of the shows which had already been aired, and there should have been clarification of
