MANILA, Philippines — A Muntinlupa Regional Trial Court has approved the transfer of controversial detainee Jose Adrian “Jad” Dera from the National Bureau of Investigation detention center to another facility.

In a memorandum dated July 3, Muntinlupa RTC Branch 204, presided by Judge Abraham Joseph Alcantara, granted a request from the Department of Justice and transferred Dera to the Muntinlupa City Jail Male Dormitory.The NBI had already filed a complaint against him and his escorts, alleging that he was spotted at a restaurant in Makati accompanied by a woman.
