The judge ruled that the prosecution had failed to prove a prima facie case against the accused.

Siti Aisah Noordin, who initially faced the gallows, shed tears of joy as she was embraced by a family member after the decision was delivered by Justice Azhar Abdul Hamid here on Tuesday .

He said the prosecution failed to call Siti Aisah's husband to testify in the case despite both being arrested. The charges were framed under Section 12 of the DDA, and punishable under Section 12 of the same Act. Siti Aisah was also accused of having in her possession 90.98g of Clozapine, an offence under Section 30 of the Poisons Act 1952, which carries a maximum fine of RM10,000 or imprisonment of up to four years or both, if convicted.
