A doctor and nurse have been ordered to stand trial for their roles in the Nov. 11, 2019,After nearly five days of preliminary hearing testimony, Judge Serena Epley on Monday ruled that there was enough evidence for a jury to determine whether Dr. Friederike Von Lintig and nurse Danalee PascuaA trial date will be set at a Sept. 13 readiness hearing.Both defendants re-entered not guilty pleas to the charge of involuntary manslaughter; both face up to four years in state prison if convicted.
