Armed with a certified true copy of the judgement with suit No: NICN/BEN/03/2018, the embattled policeman told newsmen that 'even though the Industrial Court has ordered the Police authorities to reinstate me, but up till now, they have refused to obey the court order'.

Narrating his ordeal to newsmen, Esosa said, “The whole issue started when I was transferred from National Inland Waterways Authority at Deco Road, Warri as Police Officer on duty to National Inland Waterways Authority Igbokoda, Ondo State.

“The company’s Manager, Mr Leo, told me that I was entitled to N3,000.00 daily as an allowance, and would be paid through ASP Olaoye Kolawole Waheed’s account. “And when a call came from Zama Shettima, who is now AIG, I was detained in the police cell for four days without food and water just as I was beaten up mercilessly.
