As the divorce worsened, Lenny decided to file his and Lisa’s prenuptial agreement with the court in effort to have her move out of their Miami marital estate — but it revealed so much more. The document, which Lisa was fighting to invalidate, stated that should the marriage last 10 or more years, Lenny must pay Lisa $1.5 million. For each year after the decade mark, of which there are two in this case, Lenny agreed to pay an additional $200,000.
The prenup also stated that Lenny should pay Lisa $10,000 per month in temporary support only if she “accepts” the divorce petition and doesn’t challenge it, which obviously was not the case. It’s unclear how the prenup has played out in the settlement, but we hear Lisa is “being taken care of” financially.
