Black Americans were the only group to have a majority disprove, at 52%.
The decision on affirmative action was also found to be the most popular of the Supreme Court's three big recent decisions, the other two being decisions that a website designer did not have to design websites catered to LGBT people and the striking down of the Biden administration's student debt forgiveness program.The poll was conducted among 937 adults, with a margin of error of +/- 3.6 percentage points.
