The Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project, SERAP, has issued a 14-day ultimatum to President Bola Tinubu over the fuel subsidy removal.The body vowed to initiate a legal action against Tinubu if he fails to publish the details within four weeks.

Tweeting on Sunday, SERAP wrote: “BREAKING: Subsidy removal: We’ve urged President Tinubu to widely publish spending details of the N400 billion saved in four weeks from the removal of subsidy on petrol, or face legal action.”He had vowed to ensure that money spent on fuel subsidy was directed to infrastructures in the areas of education, health, and others.
