'Where's the justice in the United States?' a victim's loved one asked after learning that a grand jury decided not to bring charges in the tragedy that left 10 concertgoers dead.

Family members of some of the victims who died at the 2021 Astroworld festival are wanting someone to be held responsible.After hearing the grand jury's decision to not indict rapper Travis Scott in a criminal investigation into theJennifer Peña heard the news from her home in Laredo.
