As the rapidly-evolving events in Russia continue, Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said he is"sure" Vladimir Putin is no longer in Moscow.

"The man from the Kremlin is obviously very afraid and probably hiding somewhere, not showing himself. I am sure that he is no longer in Moscow," he continued. Ian Bond, the director of foreign policy at the Centre for European Reform told Sky News there is"some evidence" the mercenary group is now only 100km from Moscow. Joe Biden has spoken to Rishi Sunak, Emmanuel Macron and Frank-Walter Steinmeier about the situation in Russia, the White House has said.
