At an appearance in February the lawyer told court “there may be some concerns about my client’s mental health.” Parker agreed with Iovinelli that Bensler should release a copy of Metelitsa’s report which was filed with the court.Article content “I did look at the file before court , there is a letter from Dr. Metelitsa dated May 9, 2023. It should go to counsel because it did give the results that Jordan Smith is fit,” Parker said.

He also told Bensler a second pre-trial conference is needed because an earlier one was cut short in part because Smith’s mental health was still in issue.
