lauferlaw About 25-30 years ago there was a guy found guilty of stealing some guns and the judge said the guy could keep the guns he stole.

These are not 'offsetting penalties'. It doesn't matter if the kids initiated or 'pushed for' it- the adult is entirely responsible for his actions and should be punished to the full extent of the law. Separately, if you want to charge the kids with solicitation, fine.

lauferlaw Minors can NOT consent to sexual acts .. Soden, a 67 yr old man had prior convictions and this Judge should be disbarred for blaming the girls as 'aggressors' This is just a PRIME EXAMPLE of what we had said last week -- about nobody giving a sh*t about minor girls.
