I’m an American who strongly believes in the rule of law which our country has followed since our birth 247 years ago, and that no man is above the law.

Wikipedia defines banana republic as “a political-science term for a politically unstable country.” It continues and calls a banana republic a “country operated as a private commercial enterprise for the exclusive profit of the ruling class.”

One quote reported in the national media from Kari Lake, the defeated candidate for governor in Arizona was, “If you want to get to President Trump, you are going to have to go through me and 75 million Americans just like me. And I’m going to tell you, most of us are card-carrying members of the N.R.A.”

I’m an American who strongly believes in the rule of law which our country has followed since our birth 247 years ago. I also believe that no man is above the law. I think most Americans share that view.
