The Young Nurses Indaba Trade Union is in the process of appealing a labour court judgment that ruled that the union should be placed under administration for not upholding its constitution, mismanaging its funds and failing to elect eligible leadership.

Vosloo was the administrator of the SA Medical Association Trade Union in 2019 when the union was placed under administration following several contraventions of the Labour Relations Act . The union has already appealed the labour court judgment, which means the status quo remains. The union continues to operate as normal.
