Eskom's group executive for legal and compliance, Mel Govender says she couldn’t understand how some of the utterances made by de Ruyter’s brought Eskom into disrepute.

JOHANNESBURG - Eskom's group executive for legal and compliance, Mel Govender says she questioned the fairness of former CEO Andre de Ruyter’s contract termination.

In an interview with Anikka Larsen on eNCA, the former utility’s group executive dropped explosive information about allegation of corruption, sabotage and maladministration.
