No exco at ward, local govt and state level The reason for staying of execution is because all the faction involving in the case appeal the ruling by the federal court but didn't acknowledge any of the faction as the lawful apc members meaning that their is still issue to settle
Please go through the ruling again and make another statement either to correct me or your self Apc in River State will be hoping for a more clear and directive ruling in their favour from suprem court to participate in the election but with this ruling they will not participate

This is the reason the Supreme Court was bastardized. They want to present illegal candidates by force in Zamfara and rivers.
