Ebuka, 24, and Nwachukwu, 25, whose addresses were not given, are being charged with stealing and receiving stolen property.

The Prosecutor, ASP Ikem Uko, told the court that the defendants committed the offences between November 2021 and May 2023 at Favour Plaza, Aspamda Trade Fair Complex, Lagos. Uko said Ebuka stole different types of lubricant valued at N14 million while working as a sales representative with Great Ade De Young Enterprises, a firm owned by the complainant, Lateef Adeleke.The prosecutor said the offences contravened Sections 411, 287, and 328 of the Criminal Law of Lagos, 2015.
