Kavanaugh was picked just for this to Reverse or Gut Roe vs.Wade within his 1st year in Supreme Court. Boooooobooooooboooooo the damage to women's rights are again going to be Controlled by Big Government.

I do not condone Abortion but when a woman goes to the doctor she does have the right to privacy, like any man does, invading on her rights is against the hippa laws. i also feel men should not play games with women they are grown ups

We don't see a single headline when Democrats want to normalize abortion to the moment of birth, but as soon as conservatives try to rein-in infanticide, the liberal media gets its collective panties in a bunch.

The langauge muddies these debates. No mother has a RIGHT to an abortion. This is just an argument over single payer healthcare. Unless a mother's life is at risk you are murdering a child.

Abortions of convenience need to end anyway. They comprise 98% of all abortions conducted and that is not 'birth control'. Abstinence, spermicidal foam, and condoms are though.

Gotta keep murdering those babies ...... do one of those kookie protests

Changed Supreme Court weighing Louisiana abortion clinic lawWASHINGTON (AP) — The outcome of a fight over a Louisiana law regulating abortion providers could signal whether a fortified conservative majority on the Supreme Court is willing to cut back on abortion rights. The high court is expected to decide in the next few days whether the state can begin enforcing a law requiring doctors who work at abortion clinics to have admitting privileges at a nearby hospital. It was passed in 2014, but has never taken effect. What about abortions at 41 weeks?!? It's really a good demonstration of what the idea of 'conservative' means when we're wondering whether or not they'll approve of massively increasing government regulation of women's bodies. Didn't one of the USSupremeCourt justices die at a whorehouse for the super-wealthy? We should have oversight of these people's performance. U.S. high court temporarily blocks Louisiana abortion restrictionsThe U.S. Supreme Court on Friday temporarily prevented a Louisiana law imposing ... We are ruled by judicial overlords Does the same law apply to doctors performing other clinical procedures? Is the risk of hemmorhage high enough to restrict the procedure to hospital only. Seems equal application would be the point of legal dispute.

Abortion case provides an unexpected quick test for Supreme Court conservativesA Louisiana law is virtually identical to one struck down by the court three years ago. THAT SCOTUS SHOW Nothing like a bunch of men deciding women’s reproductive rights. As if any law or anyone should be able to tell a woman what she can do with her body.

‘The time has come’: The fraught history of lifetime tenure for Supreme Court justicesThe question of when to retire has led to some painful moments for aging justices on the high court. Is RBG conscious? Will she be at the SOTU? We should limit Supreme Court Justices to 20 years that's it and you have to retire and move on to someone else. after that you have no inkling of what's going on in life and you need younger new people not these old ones. & I hope they impeach Cavanaugh for lying under oath
