Ambitiouz Entertainment said although the decision did not favour them, they respect the ruling. That doesn't, however, mean they won't be challenging it. What do you think? Should they just drop it and let Blaq Diamond be?

The Afro-pop duo of Ndumiso Mdletshe and Sphelele Dunywa emerged victorious on Monday following a legal battle that raged for over six months after the court ruled that the record label should not take down their music over copyright impasse. In a statement released on Tuesday morning, the record label said although it had accepted and would comply with the judgment, it would explore other legal avenues.

“Although the decision did not favour us, we wholeheartedly respect the ruling made by the esteemed judge. It is fundamental to our justice system that we acknowledge and accept the ruling presented to us,” continued Ambitiouz in a statement.
