On Tuesday, Ontario Superior Court Justice Suhail Akhtar accepted the application and found the conduct to constitute terrorism, the Crown confirmed.a teenage boy walked into a North York massage parlour and stabbed receptionist Ashley Arzaga Toronto police have confirmed that 24-year-old Ashley Noell Arzaga was killed in Monday's vicious machete attack at a Downsview massage parlour.
