Sentences for offences committed in Fort St. John, Dawson Creek, Chetwynd, Taylor, Tumbler Ridge and areas

- Richard George Cletheroe was sentenced to 43 days in jail for theft $5,000 or under and to time served for assault, carrying a concealed weapon and four counts of breaching a release order, all committed in Fort St. John. Cletheroe was also ordered to provide a DNA sample and assessed $700 in victim surcharges and was in custody for a total 90 days prior to sentencing.

- Graham Jordan was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $1,000 plus a $300 victim surcharge for driving without reasonable consideration under the Motor Vehicle Act, committed in Fort St. John. - Mark Douglas Whitehead was sentenced to one year probation for assault, uttering threats, breaching an undertaking, breaching a recognizance and breaching a release order, committed in Fort Nelson. Whitehead was in custody for 490 days prior to sentencing.

- Brian Alexander Mooney was sentenced to four days in jail for resisting arrest, committed in Dawson Creek.
