Fake heiress Anna Sorokin allegedly owes her beleaguered ex-lawyer more than $152,000 and has been making false accusations against the attorney.

, hired Queens lawyer Audrey A. Thomas in 2020 to represent her in her immigration case and appeal her criminal conviction.accusing her in a lawsuit of withholding records in her case.

The “Soho Grifter,” who went by the name Anna Delvey as she pretended to be an heiress with a 60 million euro fortune, has been lying in her gripes against Thomas just to skip out on the “astronomical legal fees” she owes, Thomas said in a Manhattan Supreme Court filing. Sorokin “was able to remain in the United States because while she was taken to the airport and literally sitting in the gate area with her belongings in garbage bags, [Thomas] filed a writ and secured a stay from deportation removal,” according to the legal papers.Sorokin and Thomas pictured together before her firing.
