GQEBRHA - Eastern Cape Premier Oscar Mabuyane is taking President Cyril Ramaphosa, the SIU,He is seeking to urgently interdict the SIU from continuing its probe into allegations of maladministration and impropriety at the University.READ:He argues the proclamation falls outside some sections of the SIU Act.

The matter arises from an SIU report, alleging Mabuyane received favours and special treatment while a student at the university.
