Proving health warnings is unconstitutional? Don’t all things we ingest have informational ingredient and health warnings? And cigarettes? E-cigarettes? Alcohol warnings? Sugar is addictive isn’t it?

There’s like 1/3 cup of sugar in a can of soda. 3 cans = 1 cup of sugar. That’s if there is real sugar in the soda. Not healthy.

Federal court blocks San Francisco warning on soda adsSAN FRANCISCO (AP) — A federal appeals court has blocked a San Francisco law requiring health warnings on advertisements for soda and other sugary drinks in a victory for beverage and retail groups that sued to block the ordinance. The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals says in a unanimous ruling Thursday that the law violates constitutionally protected commercial speech. The judges granted a preliminary injunction that prevents the law from taking effect and kicked the case back to a lower court. Now do Sanctuary cities. The whole state of Commiefornia should have a health warning.... Now how am I going to know if carbonated long-term toxin sugar water is bad for me then?
