You don't want to make it too hard to evict people. Some tenants are appalling. I rent a city centre apartment & had a loony next door (parties mid week, loud music etc.), who fortunately we got kicked out. You need balance as not all tenants are good either.

Britain has seediest of landlords and the most toxic disrespect of its ancient buildings. Let's add 'award-winning' realtors who are mega-unlicensed and what junk UK children's bodies are filled with, from its homedesigns before bringing up the topic of 'taste' in unhome-deco.
