Better to help the victim than like BC continuing to allow all manner of criminals back on the street to peddle their drugs (fentanyl).
Any discipline given to the judge? She's clearly off-side and ruined the crown's case and now the complainant needs to run through the process again, not to mention the waste of taxpayer funds...
A sufficiently pliable judge would have been more suitable, perhaps Marie Heinen could offer some helpful discourse ;)
