Justice Stephen Pam ruled that the case by the EFCC lacked merit and ordered the anti-graft agency to refund N228million, which was earlier remitted to the commission by the defendants. Can that be referred to as incompetence from the site of the EFCC... This is how Buhari would have locked away people by fiat and used his executive order to confiscate their assets without the court declaring them guilty. To Buhari, every accused is guilty.
