Anyone that knows your apple id doesnt care about listening in on you. People should be more concerned with hackers, spies and terrorists accessing facebooks and googles ad data. It happens all the time and everyone turns a blind eye to the gutting of privacy laws by lobbyists

The suit alleges that Apple 'failed to exercise reasonable care' and that Apple 'knew, or should have known, that its Product would cause unsolicited privacy breaches and eavesdropping.'
