of the applicant.Justice Inyang Ekwo of the Federal High Court sitting in Abuja, on Monday, restrained the National Youth Service Corps from publishing a disclaimer to the effect that the NYSC certificate, dated January 6, 2003, issued to the Governor-elect of Enugu State, Peter Mbah, was not issued by the corps.

Ozoani brought the motion under Section 13 & of the Federal High Court Act Cap F12, Vol. 6, Law of Federation of Nigeria, 2004, and Order 26 Rule 6 of the Federal High Court Rules 2019.
