Court Fixes Date To Hear Alleged Forgery Case Against Suspended Labour Party National Chairman, AbureThis was mentioned on Friday by Justice Muazu Hamza while ruling on the preliminary objection filed

by Abure challenging his suspension. The High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja jurisdiction has declared its readiness to entertain the alleged forgery case by the eight aggrieved members of the Labour Party accusing the party’s suspended National chairman, Julius Abure, of forgery.

The court ruled that it had the jurisdiction to hear the matter, and the claimants were right to have brought the matter by originating summons and adjourned till 17th May for hearing in the substantive suit.
