Is tax being paid on 100% of the profits made from the raw product, coal, that was mined in Australia, regardless of how that coal is sold to an overseas market.

Really!? We need to simplify our tax laws and stop this blatant abuse of tax loop-holes by big business. Any business selling Australian commodities should be paying tax on the income from that sale, not the profit, which is often hidden through complex corporate structures.
