Pappas Restaurants will move out of Hobby Airport Thursday night. Here's what 's coming next.

. The city said Wednesday that 300 of Pappas' 400 employees at the airport have been hired by the new companies, with the remaining 100 hired on by Pappas or other jobs.

Travelers still will have options at Chick-fil-A, Buffalo Wild Wings, one of two Peet's Coffee locations, Wendy's and Starbucks,venues that are open now and will continue to operate under the new contracts.
