Jeffrey Dondji is on trial for first\u002Ddegree murder in the 2020 shooting death of Mohamed Hassan.

Dondji exacted revenge after learning that Hassan would be walking down that doomed path, the prosecutor told the jury. He arranged for a gun and a driver, the jury heard.

“ watched carefully until he saw and Hassan walk towards that wooded path. Once he saw them headed towards the path, he moved swiftly after them, a man on a mission, determined and full of purpose, gripping a gun in his left hand,” Dulude told the jury.Article content The bullet travelled through Hassan’s skull, brain and right ear. He collapsed to the ground in the middle of the path and his accused killer took off.
