Woods, 47, and Herman, 38, were lovers from about the middle of last decade until late last year, when she alleges he kicked her out — and locked her out — of Woods’ Jupiter Island home in South Florida.In a court filing last Friday, Herman claims Woods sexually harassed her on numerous occasions during their professional and personal relationship.

In 2014, Woods hired Herman to help develop and launch his new restaurant, The Woods Jupiter. By 2016 they became lovers, and by the end of that year she moved in with him, while still working for the restaurant, according to court filings.
