azcentral anneryman In today's world we can't blame the individuals for not passing the bar. So......

azcentral anneryman No, but the school should offer help for students who have graduated. If the student is having problems the school should offer refresher classes if needed. For what you're paying for your degree. The school can afford it.

azcentral anneryman political science degree and law school means they were never that smart to begin with which is why they avoid STEM classes and go into television journalism and politics if they don't practice law or teach law.

azcentral anneryman No. A good bar prep class will teach you how to pass the bar. You have to take the process seriously.

azcentral anneryman No because most students today have marginal study skills to begin with-too many distractions- it's like going to a hairdresser & expecting to come out looking like a top model. No matter what school you go to, it's up to YOU to study & learn what you need to pass the bar.

azcentral anneryman Its never your fault!

azcentral anneryman It’s a half and half share. If law schools are not providing the resources, like libraries, & professors are incompetent, then the law schools are to be blamed. But the failure is mainly the students—who reads & studies?
