Ahead of the May 29th formal inauguration of the new administration, Ubani recommended the creation of more local government administrative areas in Abia State to improve governance structure at the grassroots level.

“Alex Otti has the temperament to actualize this ambition with requisite checks and balances in place,” the legal practitioner also added. “Otti is advised to prioritize these things to touch and rebuild the confidence of Abians towards genuine leadership in Abia which his election represents”.
