JUST-IN: Supreme Court Fixes Judgment In Osun Gov’ship Poll Dispute For Tuesday - Latest News

The apex court fixed the day for the judgment after taking arguments from parties involved in the matter.

The incumbent Governor Ademola Nurudeen Adeleke, candidate of the People’s Democratic Party and Adegboyega Oyetola of the All Progressives Congress , have been in a fierce legal battle over who actually won the election. After Governor Adeleke was declared winner of the election, Oyetola dragged him to the Osun State Election Petition Tribunal to challenge the result.
