Justice Tsammani Heads Presidential Election Petition Tribunal

Members of the Presidential Election Petition Court sitting at the Abuja Division of the Court of Appeal have been unveiled on Monday.

The panel of Justices will be chaired by Justice Haruna Simon Tsammani with Justice Stephen Adah, Justice Bolaji-Yusuf, Justice Moses Ugo, and Justice Abbah Mohammed as members as the Tribunal. LEADERSHIP reports that the Tribunal will this Monday begin hearing on the petitions filed by aggrieved candidates in the February 25 presidential election.
