Tiger Woods’ ex-girlfriend Erica Herman accuses him in court filing of ‘sexual harassment’

“And, when he became disgruntled with their sexual relationship, he tricked her into leaving her home, locked her out, took her cash, pets, and personal possessions, and tried to strong-arm her into signing a different NDA.” Tiger Woods is accused to duping ex-girlfriend Erica Herman into thinking they were taking a trip to the Bahamas last year as part of an elaborate plan to lock her out of the house and break up through lawyers.Herman filed a lawsuit in October against a trust for Woods’ residence that seeks $30 million in damages.

Herman then filed legal papers against the trust in March alleging the NDA she signed should not be enforceable, but Woods slapped her with a counterclaim two days later seeking to be added as a defendant. It’s part of a larger push he hopes will move the dispute out of a public courtroom and to a confidential arbitration proceeding, according to reports.
